Can you tell me the way to..? ช่วยบอกทางไป…ได้มั้ย คำบุพบทบอกตำแหน่ง ( Preposition of direction) เมื่อจะต้องบอกทาง เราต้องรู้จักกลุ่มคำศัพท์หนึ่งที่เรียกว่า Preposition หรือคำบุพบท คือ คำที่ใช้เชื่อมคำนามกับคำนาม หรือเชื่อมคำนามกับ วลี/ประโยค ซึ่ง Preposition ที่สำคัญและพบกันอยู่บ่อยๆ ในการบอกทิศทาง ได้แก่ go straight (เดินตรงไป), in(ใน), on (บน), toward (ไปยัง), form (จาก), in (ใน), after (หลังจาก), among (ระหว่าง), at (ที่), move to the left (เดินไปทางซ้าย) คู่คำบุพบทบอกสถานที่สับสนบ่อย On VS On top โดยปกติแล้ว 'On' จะถูกใช้กับที่ปกติที่ใช้ในการวางสิ่งของ เช่น The books are on the bookshelf.
